I care. I'm glad your okay.
Now is the time to start making the changes that will effect you for the rest of your life.
About a year ago in at Xbiz in Vegas it was just way too hot to drink booze the first night. I stuck to water, and the drunker everyone got the dumber everyone looked. I stayed sober the entire trip - mostly because of the weather - but it changed my life. I started to notice everyone's habit.
A few months later I quit smoking. I had been smoking for twenty years; I quit for a month and everything was better - my breathing, how things taste, how I felt.
I quickly started to gain weight and one night while hanging out with my best friend - who is forty pounds over weight and smokes two packs a day - and it hit me like a rock. I'm forty years old and it's time to start preparing my body for the rest of my life.
I quit drinking, I quit smoking, started working out; I bike a mile each day and I run a mile each day. I figure in a few years I'll be in pretty good shape.
Take care of yourself. It doesn't matter how old you are. Your body can only take so much abuse.
