those are classic heart attack symptoms - but of course stress/panic disorder can mimic practically anything.

Had something to do with electrolyte count. Think basically my heart paused for a few seconds. Its not from being over weight or anything. I actually lost like 10lbs in the last 2 weeks. Which could be why this happened. Woke up to a pretty much panic attack.
Had similar symptoms last month due to a hard sneeze, but was no chest pain, just my arm hurt and went numb and got cold and clammy. They did a cardiogram or whatever its called when they hook you upto monitors for a while. See what they say next visit.
