Very tempting man. Would be nice to hang out with you more than we got to in Costa. Panama is on my list to visit. Who all is down there? I know you and Z and a few others are.

Whats the concensous on smokeable medication and the heart anyways? I've cut back to just a few hits before bed, but for some reason Its making me slightly paranoid for the first time. Guess its just magnifying things and not good things right now.
