One strategy may be a sort of viral marketing/word of mouth.
Throw a blog or forum up on your site and write product reviews, post funny stories about anal beads getting stuck and having to go to the emergency room, etc. That will help you with search engine rankings and it may get people coming back to check out what's new.
Blogs are much easier to get going than a forum, so that may be the way to go!
