First. Lose the opening ad for whatever dating site that is... You are trying to get people into your site. Next, lose the warning'ish page thing you have... You are trying to get people into your site.
Once that is accomplished you should see a hell of a lot more traffic.
Then surf your own site... Rate videos and leave comments (assuming that is a function of course)... Make it look to the average Joe Six Pack as though your site is a banging place where others hangout and he will do the same out of a need to keep up with the Joneses.
