If you are thinking of relocating I would def. recommend the south, since you are basicly on the continent, very close to Copenhagen, Germany and so on. In the south I would recommend the small cities Lund/Helsingborg, or even better, Denmark and Copenhagen.

Regarding taxes you would end up with about 45% or so of your profits "in the hand". But who cares - incorporate in Cyprus, Isle of Man or whatever and get a much lower %.
