I took a blood test a few months ago

HDL 75 (dr even wrote "excellent" next to the result!)
LDL 116 H
Cholesterol 201 H

My tryglicerides is 51

I eat really unhealthy btw, lots of burgers, in n out, cheese, sweets, ice cream, pizza etc
