You have to change your taste so you find flavor in non-greasy, non-fatty foodstuffs. You skip all those bad things and your taste buds will adjust and you will really love more healthy types of food after a few weeks, especially if you start to exercise. I always recommend my favorite breakfast or post workout food, which one should eat with some protein- raw oats with ground cinnamon on top. Very good to lower cholesterol and yummy!
