Ok, I'm looking for a PPC program that is flexible.

1) I don't care what to promote as long as they are adult (toys, penis pills, paysite, galleries, dating, cam, etc) and not promoting a free site like tube.

2) Also, I need it to be flexible where I can create my own size banner/thumbs or that I am provide a simple link where I can send traffic to with a banner/thumb of my choice.

3) PPC program must guarantee a minimum payout and not base of "if it convert" payout. I would still willing to try a payout base on conversion, but I would need to know what the lowest PPC would be no matter if it convert or not.

4) NO pop-up, zango, console and all the shit you know what I'm talking about.

I would also be willing to look at CPM program as well, but they too must follow the requirement above.
