I remember one review site owner contacted me to trade links once, so I looked at his site.
His #1 site, with a rating of 99, was "Money Talks" by Nasty Dollars.... When the site was, oh, maybe 3 weeks old. It had about 5 updates on it.
So I kindly mentioned that he should really consider the impact of doing worthless reviews on his site, and that clearly a brand new reality site can't be the absolute best in the world..
He went on to defend his decision... Ok buddy, you win.
I should also add, that Rick deserves all the credit in the world for The Best Porn and Porn Users. Bow down motherfuckers. There's no better review site out there.
Rabbits has amassed amazing traffic, which has always been my own personal downfall, so hats off to him. However, his reviews are often gobbledygook, making little sense. Just keyword stuffed non-nonsensical english many times. It works for him though, so all the power to him. Also mantis is a real nice guy, nothing but respect from me.
I think my own site deserves credit for longevity, originality, and most importantly quality of reviews. We have lots of return customers because of this, and it's worked well. However we've certainly lost the traffic war.
