Rallies, protests, etc often themselves don't change anything, but bring much public awareness to an issue.
Most people by now are familiar with environmental issues, gay rights, drug war, etc ... but relatively few people realize that the "Fed" is a quasi-private entity, let alone know what it actually does.
Hope they do more End the Fed rallies or, at minimum, submit press releases far and wide to increase public awareness, to hopefully encourage the government to curtail the "Fed" a bit ... it's grown into a monster and getting every larger ... from controlling 800 billion awhile back to now reportedly controlling upwards of 2 trillion!
