Since you never submitted anything to him or traded any links, you can do whatever you want with the traffic he sends you with no fear of repurcusions. Direct it to a full page ad, straight to a tour, to a foreign language tour, to a page full of traffic trades, to a dialer, to an install... There's some way you could make money from it, instead of just coming here and whinging.
