What is the best, most simple, and easiest way to keep track of your hits?

Google Analytics?

I'm looking for something that is simple to use and understand, this seems to be the best option so far.

Something that I can show my traffic history if I want to sell my site at a later date and have ample proof of it's worth.

Also,

what is the best method of hit tracking for sales and referring url's if you are using one domain but many different ad campaigns with different traffic sources.

Basically so you know which traffic source your sales are coming from.

I know I have a shit load of traffic that I've been too lazy to get the most out of because I'm turning a good profit.. I need to monetize badly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
