You guys remember NAPSTER?

Record companys are still suing people for illegal downloads. This should be the same thing. Webmasters who's products have turned up on theses sites should be notified of who owes what, and just like Napster, both the Tube sites AND the surfers who downloaded or viewed should be liable for monitary damages to the owners of said stolen material.

Or

We could just find a tube site owner, kill them, and write "QUIT STEALING FUCKING PORN" in their blood on the walls. Fuck tube sites.
