The thing is that the pics were apparently forwarded over to someone, so why not look up phone records and contact the number it was sent to, chances are, the person sent them to himself, then go after him, even though he probably doesn't have much if he's working there.
I don't think McDonalds should be sued over one of their employees in a case like this. Hell, if that's the case, I'm gonna have a friend start working there, take some pics of myself fucking my wife on my phone, then leave it there, then have him pick it up and "secure" it for me, and post the pics online, so I can sue them for a few million, then give my friend a cut.
