Yes they do
but Rolls Royce is a seperate company and does not account for the BMW lineup. BMWs current flagship vehicle is the 7-Series until a new BMW flagship is introduced to top it. The Phantom can not be counted as a BMW flagship car because BMW owns Rolls Royce
