Facebook won't see a penny of that settlement. Sad but true. The best thing they did was 1) got a spammer off their site and 2) put a nice shot across the bow of any other spammers that had planned to spam Facebook.

I like the settlement but everyone involved knows that Facebook will never see a cent. It was a statement settlement and nothing more.
