That breaks down to being only 20 posts per day if you figure a 5 day work week. You could easily hire a local college student for that same money and likely get more posts out of them for the same money. Of course you would have to train them, but still I think you would be better off.
Not knocking the writing services out there as I've used a few and had good results, but it's just too expensive in the long run at the average prices. Then when you get down to it, 100 posts a week isn't even large scale, so it could really add up.

It all comes down to how much money your blogs are returning or atleast how much money you think they will be returning in a not so distant future. If you have 20 decent sized blogs getting updated 5 times a week each and the cost for that is $1200 a month, well then hopefully you will be making enough to turn a profit on it and reinvest.
But of course if you can get the writing done cheaper, even better.
