I understand you have good intentions, unfortunately for you, not everyone agrees with your analysis of the situation. Further, companies like Brazzers who have both the huge tube traffic and their own sponsor program to support it will never fall under your jurisdiction. That is to say, there's nothing you can really do at this point to change how they see things.

So by all means, get together a small handfull of people, a coalition of the willing if you you will. Watch what happens to them when they decided as a group they're only going to market with no more than 20 seconds of free content, as an example.
