Most tube sites showing clips over 3 minutes are showing too much in my opinion.
Are tube sites putting pressure on traditional paysite sales, of course they are.
Will they kill the industry? No.
Will the cream rise to the top? Yes.
You do have to adapt, and giving away MORE free stuff is not what I'm talking about. For once you really have to focus on the customer experience and give them exactly what they want and make them feel they are getting something they simply can't get any other way. Just like a real business does, which may be a new concept to some people here.
