Thanks. Just because someone doesn't have a case doesn't mean they can't try to sue, and like I said - don't have time to deal with that right now.
I did contact MelissaMoney shortly thereafter, and they advised that maybe I should take it down until they could look into it. Kudos to them for a quick response.
Received an email earlier today from Sweet Adri(?):
