Well, and now that ICANN is going to change the address system and allow more TLDs, like potentially .europe, .magazine, etc.....

ICANN (The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), the not-for-profit, multi-stakeholder organization dedicated to coordinating the Internet?s addressing system, held a meeting at the end of October in Cairo, where they published a draft of the Applicant Guidebook for new gTLDs (top level domains). The guidebook makes it clear that it is a discussion draft only, and that potential applicants should not rely on any of the proposed details of the new gTLD program as the program remains subject to further consultation and revision. However, for those considering applying for a new gTLDs, this guidebook provides meaningful insight into the process. Rest of story

So, you never know what you may want to save your money for!!!
