A rotating gallery pool is *NOT* what I am talking about. There are numerous such services and there's also an ever-growing pool of hosted galleries. The problem with these galleries is that they're invariably stale, overused and low quality.
I am seeking to establish a service which will provide ULTRA HIGH QUALITY, freshly submitted, hand-reviewed galleries on a daily basis.
Please go and spam someone else's thread!
