In all legitimate MLMs, they are selling a product or service so in the concept of AllXClub, they are trying to sell their sites for $40/month including a live chat I believe? That's not exactly losing your life savings and you are getting multiple sites from what I know for $40/month. It is a bit pricier than other sites, but not to the point to where it's a complete absolute ripoff (something like $100+/month for maybe considered a ripoff).

Companies like that are still having people join on a daily basis and the newer people are Still making money. They say the top money makers in a company usually don't arrive until between years 3 and 7.

And in terms of saturation, I don't know of any network marketing company that is 100% saturated to the point to where Everyone and their mother is involved. In fact, most people still don't even know what network marketing is nor the difference between a legitimate MLM company vs a true pyramid / ponzi scheme.
