That is two clearly factually false statements in one short post. Nice work Buzzy. Tamil Tigers can hardly be said to commit "most" terrorist attacks. That is sheer nonsense and you know it. They are only active in Sri Lanka. Islamic extremists commit the majority of terrorist attacks worldwide.
Did you actually read the article you quoted? It indicates that an Islamic group claimed responsibility for the attack.
