With current laws, in the UK, Australia, Canada and even in the US, must publishers have self censored themselves, and don't want to depict models, who look or give the impression of being under 18.
Paul, was/is one the best photographers for this niche. Plenty of issues of BabyFace Magazine were made from sets of Paul Markham.
