Thanks for fucking up my holiday

noontime yesterday I was told two hours..

7:30pm when I messaged back to check on status I was told two hours..

Here it is now Thurs 9am EST and it's still fucked up and now this is fucking up my holiday plans.

Around 48 hours and this fuckup still exists!!!
