tony, when I lost my mom I was alone in the room with her. Just her and I, holding her hand. That moment, the fact you were there, the fact that at the moment he passed away you were there, holding on to him will bring you so much comfort in the years to come, but at the same time sadness. That is ok though, because you will know you shared a moment with him that could never compare to anything else you have ever done or ever will.
He will be with you forever.
