If you need models...I would suggest posting info on websites like xpeeps, social kink, and other adult social networks. In NYC we have a weekly paper called the Village Voice, I notice ads for adult employment. Looking for models, nudity, etc. With the recession you will see a lot of women and men looking to make extra money.
Also I notice many cam performers are from overseas, philippines, columbia and eastern europe...poorer countries you will find a lot more employees. I just started to promote cam websites. If I think of any ideas I will post. Good luck
