Screwed Up

Statsremote does a great job with overseeing my stats, but what do you guys use to keep track of what sponsors have actually paid?

Any methods, spreadsheets or whatever that someone is willing to share?

Over the past year, I've run into way too many sponsors who forgot to pay me, or checks that were lost,etc. And most of the time I found out by accident. There must be some more of my cash floating the internet... Just don't know how to start.
