Let me say that, it may be a kids store, but nobody in their right mind would take their kids to a "Black Friday" sale if they cared about them due to the large number of morons that attend those events.
I don't know the circumstances of this event because it wasn't explained in the post.. only that someone was shot in a Toys R Us.
As a valid CCW permit and daily carrier - if you are at risk of serious bodily harm or death beyond your control, you have the legal right to defend yourself with deadly force. However if you do, you are responsible for your actions and repercussions.
