He had been fighting stage 4 lung cancer for 18 months. The last month the cancer exploded all over his body. My folks live close to me, so i would go every morning to get him out of bed and then take him for radiation. He was in so much pain, he wasnt only my father he was one of my closest friends. He kept getting worse and worse today my mom called me at 430 am your father is going soon. I sat with him and everyone else had gone upstairs to talk and it was just me and him. He quietly passed with me holding his hand. I dont have regrets but I have loss.I will truly miss him.
I want to thank you all of you, during this terrible time. You have provided a place that was a distraction from the pain I was seeing every day.
