no... you are referring to highly chaotic and confusing situations like people reporting events on 9/11 in real time, where people are saying all sorts of wild things in the heat of the moment, mostly wrong, sometimes simply misspeaking and citing that as evidence of a dark conspiracy which implies the conflicting accounts of an event, in the heat of the moment are all credible or true... and where you are conveniently ignoring those who say anything that challenges the testimony that you haven't chosen to adopt as gospel to prove your point that the government is busy reading your thoughts and creating crop circles.
anytime multiple people witness a single event, whether its a shooting, bank robbery or whatever the fuck, 80% of them say totally different things. a guy can walk up to a woman and calmly shoot her in the face in front of 50 people and you will have less than 50% agreement on his basic height, build, clothes, ethnicity etc etc... BUT YOU would look at that after the fact, ignore reality and start babbling on and on about how there is a police conspiracy to hide the truth. Again, it wouldn't be those people with a problem.. it's YOU.
