Wal-Mart will likely do an out of court settlement, eventually, and chalk it up as a cost of doing business. Such chaos has happened before at Wal-Marts in the past - sadly, this is nothing new.
And anyways they'll write much of that expense off / shift to insurers ...
IMHO, such incidents may actually help retailers - yes, you read that right!...
Black Friday in the minds of some is akin to Running of the Bulls ... the excitement of fighting the crowds and testing one's wits and survival tactics to get the coveted prize of the doorbuster special.
