Yup, probably is unconstitutional. Republicans (and Jews) like Hillary at SoS, so nothing will be said of it and it'll just be one of those entertaining debates for legal scholars like Lloyd Bentson's appointment.
Hillary is fourth in line to the Presidency though and that's just three three Vince Fosters away!!
