We only offer tours to existing members who like to perform on camera. This is a non profit activity for us. So we are not paying the webmaster, because there is no profit and we are just shooting content this way....

if you were shooting the content normally you would pay the girl and pay the guy for the scene.
So a surfer pays you for the trip to get there
he pays the girl
and he get paid nothing (no discount)
you just turned a profit from this equal to the cost of normally shooting a scene.
