Sorry to hear about the poor experience, I'm very suprised they don't offer phone support?
Not all traffic brokers operate the same way so hopefully you won't lump the rest of us into that kind of auto rebilling category. I would love to rebill people at will LOL! But unfortunately we would'nt be in business very long ;-)
