cheese = terrible fat the kind of fat you cant have.
crackers = depending on what kind they are. could be ok, depends on whats in them.
jello = almost all refined sugar. no no no.
you're off to a good start. hehe. jk. fyi, not eating meals at the right times will do you no good. starving the body does more damage than help as far as weight loss, especially with your health complications lateluy
