PULL UPS! -- with your legs extended straight out in front of you.
you use your whole core for pullups and with your legs as added weight it works your abs even better.
or use a pull up bar and do sets of straight leg lifts, then when you are too tired to do straight leg lifts, do knee ups.
i'm telling you, go to walmart, can prob get a regular pull up bar for $20-25.
