Ok, so you want to pay girls peanuts and make thousands from it? Does it seem correct? They are the ones being "used"/have to deal with the reputation. It's a tougher life than you think and they deserve every penny they ask. If it's too much for you, don't whine, find someone who is willing to do something for the price you want.
