half the people commenting in this thread probably don't have kids.
I would never hire a guy to watch my kids, however I see nothing wrong with using craigslist or it. Just hire 14-15-16-17yr old girls.
Plus, where do you think people find a nanny nowdays? All the mexican ladies use craigslist.
