I'll say no. The value in xxxxcash.com or xxxxbucks.com domains are pretty much only for adult affiliate programs, and any decent program with good sites should be able to brand itself with AnyCombinationOfWordsYouCanThinkOfCash.com...
I also think choosing a niche cash program domain is boxing yourself into a corner
