Now I deleted every text within html commtents, made the code w3c compliant and for testin I deleted the javascript. Then I test the file online with virustotal.com which checks on multi antivirus softwares. Result: no errors on any antivirus software but only on avira antivir. It seems that the last update from antivir made the programm much too sensitive for normal html code
