yeah old urban legends... not saying kids are never exposed to drugs, but the logic is found in the part about people selling drugs for profit, therefore giving them away to kids sort of goes against that...
they've been talking about drugs aimed at kids forever, but its adults that actually purchase them, for the most part anyhow....
