We're not looking for someone with a world of experience, hence "some experience". You don't have to come with your FAT rolodex, just some knowledge of affiliate programs and ad networks.
I understand 40k isn't a lot but with matching 401k (50% without ceiling) and full medical dental for ALL your dependents??? Surely there must be someone with 5 kids and a wife who's affected by the 9% unemployment rate.
