Ever heard the term, Slower traffic keep right? It doesnt mean slower than the speed limit, it means slower than those behind you.

If you are in the left lane and someone is coming up on you because they are going faster, then congratulations you just became slower traffic, so move to the right. Regardless of the speed limit, if they are coming up on you - then you are slower, so fucking move over.
