Kicking in the exercise program to keep the love handles, and gut I had off, and push myself so Ill get my appetite back.

chicken is good for protein, chicken breast. you cant compare that to chicken wings which are usually breaded and deep fried with more greese than meat. have you even ever read any nutritional information at fast food places? they have more sodium than you should be getting all week.
