gatorade is more artificial crap and unnecessary electrolytes http://healthinmotion.wordpress.com/...d-of-bollocks/
you need to balance your meals better, a meal should have whole protein, and healthy carbs and fats, it sounds like most of your meals are not balanced
also, don't delude yourself into thinking that you have lost many pounds of fat in 3 days, the reality is that you have lost water weight, it is a simple reality that the body can only lose and process a very small amount of bodyfat per day

Im not looking to be Aahnold here. Just looking to tone everything up, and increase muscle definition overall. I went from 164 to 147 in the last 3.5 weeks. I doubt its water loss since I drink lots of fluids every day. Especially since I had good sized love handles and gut when I was at 164. Wasn't a great way to do it, and it wasn't a planned diet. Just no appetite for nearly a month, and I was even at my moms for thanksgiving eating her awesome cooking. I ate very little even then.
I feel great like I said the last 3 or 4 days, and am looking fitter everyday, and pushing myself to get toned. Thanks for all the advice though.
