The facts are August 13 when i gave this guy the second installment of the $5200 July 25th being the first one, it was to be 4-6 weeks for the site to be ready to hand over....it's now December 11 and fuck all has happened. As far as this legal shit..he sent me this on November 27th,

After consulting with my lawyer we have decided to annul the business contract between you and me.
Due to the fact that you are trying to blackmail and accuse me of something unrelated, we have decided to fill a cease and decease against you.
Expect mail within the next week, so you can give a statement on the legal way.
Questions regarding refundable funds will be handled the legal way too.
This will be my last email to you. All following matters will be handled by my lawyer.
