Well, all I can say is wow.
Jens, no lawyer helped you file a "cease and decease" order, so just stop with the lies there. "Have a nice day and better think twice before taking any kind of action" is a vague threat meant to show he has the upper hand and you'd better just do what he says. Don't worry, it's clearly a bluff this time.
When Jens first showed up on the board, my spider senses went way off. Over time he seemed like an OK guy, and I just sort of let it slide. I have to say that given what we've seen here, it looks to me like he did fuck this guy out of $5200.
If you don't want to defend your actions here in the court of public opinion, which is fair enough, pay the man back his $5200 and never mind with your ordering him to stop and die, lies about legal action and blah blah blah. Otherwise based on the facts, it doesn't look good for your rep.
